AS-MOTA is very proud to produce own tools being used for forging and metal casting in-house. We are glad to offer our extra capacity of the gravity and pressure casting departments to other manufacturing partners across Europe.

Our experience with mold making encouraged us to introduce the aluminium casting process in AS-MOTA.
We practice gravity and pressure die casting in-house.
Due to the fact that the whole treatment process is performed as well internally, we are able to
respond to any request on this matter immediately with
reasonable flexibility.
High-strength aluminium alloys are used in those fields, where highest safety
standards against failure by abuse, by shock or vibratory stresses are needed. This
attribute can be achieved by forging. The company is able to offer 500-200.000
pieces produced by forging to its customers, made of different aluminium
alloys. Forgings usually require further processing (such as heat-treatment) which
is performed in-house, in order to achieve the high-quality finished part.
Automation
Due to the increased demand - especially coming from series production -, several process automation actions had to be introduced as
well within the company. AS-MOTA is working with flexible production stations, each cell
is controlled by own set of quality assurance rules. Thanks to our
professional teams and stable machine portfolio, we gladly cooperate and offer the gained automation knowledge to our partners.
